Samantha (Sam) Moreno moved to Tennessee from Oklahoma in 2011. Sam was Ms. Wheelchair Oklahoma 2010 and represented her State at the national pageant in Grand Rapids, Michigan. She is excited to revive the Ms. Wheelchair program in Tennessee. Sam received her Bachelor of Arts in Human Services Counseling – Rehabilitation Counseling from East Central University in Ada, Oklahoma and is currently a student at UT working on a Masters of Rehabilitation Counseling. Sam works works at the Disability Resource Center and resides in Knoxville with her husband, Mike McGrath.
